About the team:
Every day, critical trading and investment decisions are made in a highly volatile and fast-moving market. Access to in-depth, high-speed and accurate information, as well as the ability to conduct fast and reliable research is critical.
MarketMap Terminal is a user-friendly market data solution for the full spectrum of financial market participants, available for desktop and mobile devices.
The Client Support team is the primary liaison, building relationships with customers and supporting their requests and incidents .
What you will be doing
Your position is to support and train clients, i.e. liaising with existing clients as well as supporting new clients in using our MarketMap solution.
Your role is client facing as well as phone support role through Helpdesk.
Answering clients phone requests / problems (1st level support)
Trouble ticket processing
Answering clients e-mail requests
Communication to internal department to report problems / enhancement requests
What you bring:
First experience in a similar role, training and supporting client in software solutions
A strong knowledge of the Securities and Foreign Exchange market
Strong IT and MS Office skills
Good communication skills and team player
Ability to work under pressure in a very fast-moving and dynamic environment
Fluent English in spoken and written; French is a strong plus.

Customer Training in remote
Assistance to Sales Team during trials
