Emirates Group is looking for Executive Secretary with these qualifications :
- Associate Degree in Business Administration required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 5+ years' administrative experience
- Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency
- Proven ability to take on a variety of different tasks without becoming overwhelmed
- Professional and friendly disposition
- Experience in preparing public bids preferred
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities- Integrity and confidentiality
