We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as nurturing existing relationships to maximize revenue opportunities. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand our client base and increase market share.Key Responsibilities:Identify and research potential clients within target industries, utilizing various sources and techniques to generate leads.Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services and value proposition, effectively communicating the benefits of partnering with our agency.Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and use this knowledge to identify new business opportunities.Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.Requirements:Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the recruitment industry or a related field.Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on acquiring new clients and growing revenue.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to track and manage sales activities and client relationships.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
