We are currently looking for a French-speaking AMS Consultant to be part of the AMS EMEA team!

Key duties and responsibilities

• Understanding customer requirements and business objectives.
• Detecting issues, troubleshooting, and investigating ways to resolve them.
• Conducting training, offering workarounds, and presenting new features or modules, to enhance customers’ application usage.

Requirements and qualifications

Experience:

• Excellent understanding of SAP Business One application of all core modules and core Add-ons.
• Wide experience in SAP Business One support and implementation.
• Wide experience in MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
• Wide experience in SAP Business One upgrades.
• Strong IT consulting background.
• Manufacturing background - Advantage.

Technical Skills:

• SAP B1.
• MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of deployments in a Cloud environment.

Language skills:

• English: Excellent (written and spoken).
• French: Excellent (written and spoken).

Personal Skills:

• Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
