About the location:

About the role

Sorts, processes and folds Rooms and F&B linens such as sheets, towels, table clothes, and napkins.

What you will do

• Sort soiled linens into appropriate categories for laundering, identify and separate stained or damaged items for special handling or replacement, and load and unload dryers while maintaining laundry quality standards.

  
  
  

• Prepare wet linens for finishing by shaking and spreading items, operate ironing equipment by feeding and retrieving linens, and stack, hang, and organize finished products in accordance with established quality and storage procedures.

  
  
  

• Sort, fold, and organize towels, robes, rugs, washcloths, and other terry products using manual and automated folding methods, and place finished items on designated racks to ensure proper storage and availability for operational needs.

  
  
  

• Operate and maintain laundry and folding equipment safely and efficiently, report equipment malfunctions or operational concerns to management, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and professional workplace practices while collaborating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads.

  
  
  

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift laundry loads, and perform repetitive tasks.

  
  
  

• Basic equipment troubleshooting skills and ability to report maintenance issues promptly.

  
  
  

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with colleagues and supervisors.

  
  
  

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
