The position: Flexflight Group is searching for flexible Operations and Sales Officers, whose tasks comprise of sales, planning and execution on our Corporate Aircraft fleet. You will be responsible for the day-to-day contact with new and existing clients, crew and partners. The Sales Department covers 24/7 operation. Your duty will be subject to regular office hours, weekends, and after- hours. The Tunis office will work in shifts with the Danish office in Copenhagen covering 24/7 Sales- and Operation services. You will refer to the Danish Office.
Tasks:
• Checking emails and Avinode site to quote charter requests or relevance.
• Follow up with potential charter requests.
• Coordinate with the clients, crew and Operations team for booked flights. Ensure flights run smooth and provide a good experience for the Client.
• Tracking on Planning checking lists for upcoming flights.
• Monitor flights actively.
• Update airport fees once available.
Qualifications:
• Experience from the Aviation industry is preferable, but not a must. Most important is a solid mind with an interest in finding good and quick solutions on complex matters.
• Able to handle stressful situations and make decisions on your own.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing
• Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills
• Team player and good attitude
• Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales follow up.
• Support for all sales and marketing activities and achieve assigned sales target. Employment: As soon as possible.
