Overview of Role: 

To produce customer logo’s on National Pen’s products to meet customer expectations.

Work as a team member to ensure turnaround, quality & output goals.

What you will do:

• Produce customer logo’s on all National Pen products to defined quality standards.
• Produce customer logo’s to achieve /exceed daily output targets.
• Work as part of a team to achieve turnaround targets for each logo prep hold.
• Communicate positively with Sales & CRM agents on logo queries. 
• Responsible for correcting any returns from production for quality issues.
• Assist supervisor in identifying root cause issues on any returns from customers.
• Any other duties which may arise as a result of expansion of business and/or introduction of new technological processes.

What we need from you:

• Possess a high level of computer/ keyboard skills.
• An excellent working knowledge of Illustrator & Photoshop packages.
• Good creative artistic skills.
• A good working knowledge of Oracle holds & order queries would be a plus
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
