What you'll be doing:
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
  • Recommend strategies to empower employees.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating with TA team, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Handle the organization’s employee database and prepare reports (WD/Payroll)
  • Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
  • Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
  • Meet with Human Resources to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company.
What you'll bring:
  • Ability to drive operational excellence, support multiple team members, and promote partnership.
  • Ability to learn, adapt, prioritize, and succeed in a face-paced environment.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and experience of working with HR tools/databases.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels within the organisation.
  • Understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.
  • High sense of responsibility, ability to deliver results and attention to detail.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Confirmed work experience in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of HR management components including performance management, development, compensation, culture and engagement.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
