Comptable Clients ( comptabilité Française )
Poste basé au Centre Urbain Nord, Tunis
Membre d’une équipe Oder To Cash Finance vous serez rattaché directement au Senior Credit Manager Bill&Coll.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l’équipe de la comptabilité clients mais également avec l’équipe recouvrement sous la même direction.
Pour cela, vos principales missions seront de :
Facturer et vérifier l’ensemble du chiffre d’affaires de votre portefeuille client: récurrent, devis, one-shot, prestations annuelles, frais de déplacements, mise en place, proforma, avoirs… Gérer de manière réactive et efficace toutes les demandes par mails ou par téléphone, que ce soit de vos opérationnels, de vos clients, des responsables contrôleurs de gestion, de ingénieurs d’application ou de vos collègues. Solutionner l’ensemble des litiges bloquants de la facturation ou opérationnels. Être en mesure d’analyser et expliquer les écarts du chiffre d’affaires d’une période à une autre, et mensuellement. Gérer les réconciliations/ soldes des comptes clients. Effectuer les écritures comptables nécessaires. Veiller en permanence à la satisfaction des clients (service d’excellence) tout en prenant en compte systématiquement les intérêts de la société. Préparer des déclarations de créances liés aux procédures collectives. Participer à l’atteinte des objectifs de recouvrement fixés par son entreprise
Diplômé(e) d’un bac +3/4/5 (comptabilité, finance école de commerce ou de Gestion) vous disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans un poste similaire ou dans le domaine du contrôle financier et de l’audit, ou dans la gestion budgétaire et l’analyse financière . La maitrise des outils comptables tel que Oracle/Orion serait un atout.
Vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance de l’environnement international. Vous aimez travailler en équipe, vous faites preuve d’une forte capacité d’adaptation au changement et à l’innovation.
Votre collaboration, votre écoute, et votre empathie font de vous un interlocuteur privilégié de vos collaborateurs. La
maitrise du français et de l’anglais sont indispensables pour ce poste.
