Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global HR team. In this role, you will collaborate with various business units to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will act as a strategic advisor, ensuring we attract, select, and retain top talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates for open positions.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to build a diverse talent pipeline, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
- Facilitate interviews and selection processes, offering guidance to hiring managers on best practices and legal compliance.
- Enhance the company’s employer branding efforts by developing and promoting compelling messaging that highlights the company culture, values, and benefits.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to anticipate hiring needs and challenges.
- Process improvement and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment, with a focus on building partnerships with business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Experience working in a SaaS or IT company is required.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Global experience in hiring is a significant plus.
- Fluency in French is mandatory
- Fluency in English is mandatory
