We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in both technical and management domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical understanding, and communication skills to effectively coordinate and lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Set and manage project expectations, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Ensure project documentation and artifacts are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Mentor and guide team members, promoting professional growth and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring project objectives align with business goals
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure technical requirements are well-defined and achievable.
- Support the development team by understanding technical challenges, participating in problem-solving, and ensuring effective solutions.
- Assist in defining technical project roadmaps, architecture, and high-level requirements in collaboration with the team.
Required Qualifications:- Education: Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT project management, with a blend of technical and managerial roles.
- Project Management Skills: Proficient in using project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, as well as project management tools.
- Technical Background: Knowledge of software development lifecycle, system architecture, and relevant programming languages ( Python, JavaScript) and frameworks (Angular, React, React Native …).
