The Vistaprint Corporate Soluti ons [VCS] Merchandising Team owns all product confi gurati on and pricing for ProShops,VCS’s soft ware soluti on that enables mid-market and commercial businesses to more easily and effi ciently ordercustom printed products at market-leading prices. The product confi gurati on functi on of the Merchandising Teamfocuses on defi ning our global product launch roadmap, curati ng product informati on required to sell our products andopti mizing our product merchandising to increase sales across our key product categories. The E-CommerceMerchandising Operati ons Specialist role reports to the Team Lead of Product Merchandising.

What You Will Do:

Develop an understanding of what types of products Vistaprint Corporate customers are interested in purchasingand leverage Cimpress’ Mass Customizati on Platf orm to identi fy the best SKUs to make available for them Work to compile all applicable product specifi cati ons such as att ributes, design/decorati on and tax data and enterthem into our internal systems Own and maintain all product confi gurati on data, becoming the go-to person for questi ons regarding our productcatalog Work across multi ple VCS-specifi c and CimTech tools to create and manage the product experience for ourcustomers Work closely with our pricing team to ensure our pricing strategies are effi cient. Become an expert in the product specs of our off ering Be the primary point of contact for triaging live customer orders that may have product confi gurati on issues Manage our products within our PIM to enable a bett er shopping experience for customers (i.e. naming,categorizing and SKU management)

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in business-related fi eld preferred Strong Microsoft Excel and mathemati cal skills is a must The drive to proacti vely identi fy opportuniti es and escalate these items to the appropriate leaders Have a great team spirit and communicati on skills Great attenti on to detail A desire to move quickly and grow in a fast and ever-changing environment The ability to problem-solve and think creati vely to resolve issues Strong collaborati on skills when operati ng within a globally dispersed team Work in evening shift to align working hours with the concerned teams.
