Provide full administrative and operational support to Sales Account Managers to ensure smooth management of customer requests, orders, and after-sales service. Be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring quality service throughout the product and contract lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Management of Customer Requests and Orders:
Analyze and validate customer requests. Prepare quotes and process orders. Organize shipments and installations.
After-Sales Support:
Manage after-sales logistics and returns. Verify order accuracy and maintain customer records. Communicate with customers to follow up and resolve issues.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
Collaborate with Logistics and Technical Support for smooth management of shipments and technical resolutions. Customer Service and Platform Support: Provide product information and support for using the platform. Escalate complex technical requests to technical support.
Contract and Product Lifecycle Management:
Track renewals, adjust service levels and manage contract terminations.
Qualifications
Experience in administrative support, sales support or customer service. Native French speaker and good level of English. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Mastery of back-office tools and web platforms. Ability to collaborate with Sales, Logistics and Technical Support teams. Customer orientation and ability to solve problems effectively.
