Process / Manufacturing Engineer

We have an opportunity for a Proces / Manufacturing Engineer to join us at Honeywell in NABEUL, TUN. To be successful in this role, you need to have at least 5+ years of experience of process excellence engineering within an international company, strong knowledge of MM SAP and proficiency with English and French.

The intent of We expect this role, dedicated to the PPE business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.

As a Process / Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for optimizing manufacturing operations and driving operational excellence. You will develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, design, and maintenance, to ensure the efficient and cost-effective production of our products. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our manufacturing operations, reducing costs, and ensuring the highest level of product quality for Honeywell. You will work out of our Production located in Nabeul. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes, contribute to cost reduction initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and participate in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the production team, troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues promptly.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement cost-effective solutions, and ensure that manufacturing operations are optimized for efficiency.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation related to manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including design, maintenance, quality, and procurement, to ensure smooth production processes.
• Identify potential risks in the manufacturing process and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with relevant industry regulations and safety standards. 

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience of process excellence engineering within an international company
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean ethics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Green belt certification
• Nice to have experience in textile manufacturing
• Available within a month.
• Strong Knowledge of MM SAP
• Proficiency with English and French 
• Knowledge of CAD ( SolidWorks, AutoCAD )
