Job Description:  

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the B2B beauty segment.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's beauty products.
  • Close sales and secure commitments from clients to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships using a blend of conventional and hi-tech connectivity.
  • Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager.
  • Focus on customer retention by lowering churn rate, amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company's sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
  • Take charge of promotional and sales activities by brainstorming new product or service launches with appropriate team members.
  • Understanding and promoting the company’s Products & Services as assigned.

Skills

Qualifications: 

  • Open to Arabic nationalities
  • 35 years old and below
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the beauty industry is a plus
  • Strong business sense in trading and wholesale
