Job Summary:
Our short-term rental property management company is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be a support for our operations Director.
Key Responsibilities:
• List new properties by creating listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Monitor bookings and update availability calendars.
• Ensure listings are up-to-date with accurate information, pricing, and photos.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on listing performance and guest feedback.
• Respond to inquiries and booking requests.
• DTCM Management.
• Monitor and manage pricing via our dynamic price software to maximize.
• Create and maintain accurate records and reports for all properties.
• Communicate with guests on a regular basis.
Requirements:
• Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO.
• Experience with PMS Hostway/Avantio or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be available to respond to guest messages 24/7
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Airbnb and VRBO platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
