We are currently seeking an International Talent Project Partner to collaborate closely with our Global People and Recruiting Performance Excellence Director. Key Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with the Global People and Recruiting Performance Excellence Director to foster collaboration between the business and recruiting communities, ensuring a seamless integration of talent acquisition strategies.
• Provide support in headhunting missions and ramp-up projects, leading the full cycle of recruiting processes to secure top-tier talent globally.
• Oversee and actively participate in campus recruiting activities, ensuring a strong and diverse pipeline of talented candidates for future growth.
• Provide essential support to new recruiters and recruiter champions, facilitating their integration into the recruiting team and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Advocate for and implement best recruiting practices to elevate the overall candidate experience, ensuring our organization remains a top choice for talent globally.
• Participate in various talent acquisition initiatives to bolster the employer brand and attract top-tier talent globally.
• Proficiently navigate and represent Smart Recruiter, our ATS, as an organizational ambassador, ensuring its optimal use across all recruiting activities.
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects focusing on sourcing and recruiting trends, contributing to the evolution of our talent acquisition strategies.
•  Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering insightful reports to drive informed decision-making within the talent acquisition function.

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of proven experience in HR project management, particularly in talent acquisition and people and learning development.
• Strong proficiency in English and French, both written and verbal; additional languages such as German or Spanish are a plus.
• Familiarity with content development tools, design software, and presentation tools such as Canva.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven experience in training and workshop management.
• Experience in international talent acquisition, headhunting, and HR project management.
• Familiarity with Smart Recruiter or similar recruitment software (ATS).
• Record of accomplishment of implementing successful continuous improvement projects.
• Proven ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
