The Position



As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving the Financial Planning & Reporting Cycle in Novo Nordisk Tunisia: Monthly Management Reporting (MMR), Anchor Budgets (AB), Rolling Estimates (RE), you ensure proper coordination and communication of AB & RE processes to achieve high quality and timely submission to the Business Area, BAMEAC in Turkey.



You will be proactively communicating deadlines and deliverables with colleagues and providing a robust value-adding financial decision-making support services.


Main accountabilities include:




  • To understand and report relevant performance and market information to the leadership team and other stakeholders in a relevant and timely manner as part of management reporting.

  • To perform high quality monthly, quarterly and ad hoc financial reporting & Analysis to Tunisia leadership team and BAMEAC covering full P&L with variance analysis.

  • To act as strong Finance partner to line of business (LoB), drive Resource Allocation and Process Optimisation, support Line of Business in expense management activities including investments and projects opportunities .

  • To interpret financial operating results for business decisions and make recommendations on cost reduction and increased profit, support (LoB) to fully understand financial planning and financial reporting processes and ensure if relevant finance training for non-finance.

  • To proactively engage and collaborate with colleagues in the affiliate to continuously identify best practices and continuous improvement of financial planning processes to ensure a simple and value adding process.

Qualifications



In order to be considered for this position, you need to have an advanced or post graduate degree in Financial Management or equivalent, with 3-5 years’ experience in finance preferably as a business partner.


We expect you to have below skills and knowledge:



  • You have In-depth understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Internal Controls is mandatory

  • You have strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills, you can provide recommendations despite uncertainty and pressure, and you are able to handle and simplify complexity while focusing on the bigger picture

  • You are experienced in planning, prioritizing, executing and following-up in a timely manner and proactively identifying and managing risks and issues

  • You have a proven proficiency of SAP, Business warehouse, Excel & Presentation skills (Advanced)

  • Strong communication skills in French and English, both spoken & written.
