Project Manager TN-51-Sousse - SOU0001YY Your tasks:
Performs activities to control and manage projects
• Is aware of the project resources and checks availability/ capacity with the corresponding line functions (e.g. Departments, Plant)
• Builds and leads professionally the Project Core Team
• Identifies, analyses and manages project stakeholders, risks and opportunities and drives the core team members to do so
• Provides regular project status reporting
• Performs cross-functional feasibility study (content and capacities) in RFQ phase
• Plans and coordinates work packages of core team members to fulfill time, cost and quality requirements in line with governance and guidelines
• Manages project meetings and provides project information
• Controls and validates cross functional outputs of work packages
• Coordinates milestone and gate reviews
• Is the contact person for project stakeholders
• Acts according to LEONI Project Management governance and standards
• Manages conflicts and resistance in a professional manner
• Escalates in case of deviations from standards and project requirements (time, cost, quality)

Your skills:

· Experience: minimum of 5 years in the automotive harnesses industry.
· Education Level : Engineering Degree
· Language: Advanced level in English is mandatory.
