To strengthen our team, we are looking for a [[PROJECT LEADER ]] in our plant in [[YAPT]]. 

 Monitor new projects according to GPMS (Global Project Management System).
* Ensure the preparation and implementation of "Master Plans" for all new projects and respect milestones.
* Preparation and follow up of the Ramp Up curves of the projects respecting the customers requirements.
* Ensure the management of new projects according to YEL standards and with no red launch tasks and no extra cost.
* Organization and management of prototypes and pre-series.
* Involve the different departments (Engineering, Quality, NYS ...) in the Design review.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
* Ensure the preparation and share, with the project team, the Lessons Learned during the different project phases.
* Project risk analysis and preparation of recovery plans.

 Define the production processes and the necessary equipment and launch the PFMEA analysis of the new processes.
* Launch the process and flowchart analysis since the advanced phases of the project.
* Support the release of ECR's and processes to facilitate the JOB1 launch.
* Follow Up of the MPSO process audit (ensure the closing of the actions).
* Deep coordination of "lead plant support".
* Management of customer and Yazaki technical drawings
* Reporting of the different status of the project during adavanced phases.

 Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (IATF 16949), compliance with YEL / YAP-T procedures, with health and safety rules within the work area (ISO14001 + 45001 ) and the 5S principles.
* Contribute to process improvement, quality and production cost improvement projects within YAPT.
* Contribute to the resolution of internal problems and the analysis of internal/ external complaints.
* Create a 'Learned lessons' approach based on problems faced during the Product / Process development phases.

Participate in the preparation and the management of Project budget

* Ensure the coordination between the multidisciplinary team of the project.
* Communication with the Program Manager on a regular basis to ensure a clear and continuous flow of information between the plant and the CSC.
