We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Internal Sales support Intern  ” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:

• Provide Internal Sales tasks in Tunisia;
• Data Management and reporting in SAP (including order processing);
• Provide full support and assistance to customers and sales team;
• Keep accurate documentation on several processes ;
• Facilitate financial processes e.g. credit limit, goods returned and customer credit;
• Organize Training Center activities, organize training agendas, reception of customers;
• Follow-up After Sales organization, receive customers calls and coordinate visits with technicians;
• Keep accurate documentation on several processes;
•  Ensure that Bosch service principles are adhered to;

Advance Microsoft Office

• Bachelor´s degree;
• French speaker;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Excellent coordination and planning skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines;
• Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
