Title: COMMERCIAL EFFECTIVENESS INTERN Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial Effectiveness Intern.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Commercial Effectiveness Manager in tracking and evaluating business performance, executing metrics, and supporting management decisions through the preparation of sales reports, dashboard development, and marketing budget follow-up.
Track and evaluate business performance metrics such as stock and sales data.
Prepare comprehensive monthly sales reports to provide insights and support management decisions.
Help in developing and maintaining dashboards for field users to facilitate decision-making for the Route-to-Market (RTM) & Merchandising Manager and the Customer & Trade Activation (C&TA) Manager.
Support the Commercial Effectiveness Manager in monthly marketing budget follow-up activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

EDUCATION

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

SKILLS

Fluent in French, Arabic & English Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data sets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with trade marketing, route-to-market practices.
