Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients and will work closely with them to understand their needs and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial products and services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  2. Understand client needs and provide personalized financial solutions
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and handle any inquiries or issues
  4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues
  5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
  8. Meet with clients regularly to review their financial goals and progress
  9. Manage client portfolios and ensure they are in line with their investment objectives
  10. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong understanding of financial products and services
  4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  5. Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  8. Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
  9. Experience in the banking or financial services industry
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
