Extract MRP
Compare MRP result with FG planning

*Follow up shortage

Define Shortage list
Check physicall stock for component in shortage

*Control

Communicate the shortage list with comments
Ask support for critical component

Update & feedback

Send orders to suppliers 
Confirm deliveries with suppliers
Escalate to SCM in case if issue with suppliers
