Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and challenges to identify opportunities for our products and services.
  • Develop and present customized proposals that address client needs and deliver value.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage and forecast client accounts, exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Monitor and analyze client satisfaction, proactively addressing any concerns and ensuring client retention.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and competitor offerings.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales pipeline, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
  • Travel to meet with clients as necessary (depending on company structure).

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.Strong understanding of relationship building and consultative sales techniques.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (a plus).
