- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Design job descriptions in alliance with hiring managers according to company’s criteria/culture
- Source potential candidates through different recruitment channels (online & Offline).
- Plan & conduct interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
- Foster an on-going relationship with potential candidates to maintain a pipeline of culturally fit candidates.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Update candidate tracking system/sheets.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.Previous experience as a Talent acquisition/recruiter (4+ years).Fluent English is a must.Previous experience in software or technical recruitment background is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills.Proactive and can work in a fast-paced environmentWell organized & presentable.Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
