Employee Relations Supervisor

The ER Supervisor handles the administrative aspect of the HR Department and provides support in the department’s functional areas, which include the day-to-day activities, employee data management, payroll administration, benefits administration, HR Policy development, compliance with the labor law, employee onboarding, employee relations, HR system management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and support the Personnel team in handling various HR administrative tasks, dealing with government authorities, such as the Labor Office and Social Insurance Authorities, and building strong relationships with them to facilitate work processes.
  • Handle the payroll process for all employees, ensuring an accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepare the payroll and compensation plans.
  • Review the monthly payroll calculation and ensure that all employee transactions have been accurately reflected.
  • Analyze and verify employees’ attendance, leaves, vacations, overtime, and deductions, and prepare reports for payroll processing within the (SAP) system.
  • ·Update the payroll database with information related to transfers, promotions, and terminations, ensuring proper changes to salaries and benefits packages within the (SAP)system.
  • Conduct calculations related to payroll, bonuses, and incentives accurately and timely.
  • Handle fiscal and calendar year-end payroll processing, including the calculation of taxes, compensation, and deductions.
  • Maintain and update payroll database records, logs, and files regularly in a manner that protects employees’ interests within the (SAP) system.

5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, and Payroll.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.Excellent command of Microsoft Excel is a must.SAP user is a must.Good command of English, written and spoken.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills and time management.Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
