  • Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity and employee satisfaction.
  • Structure competitive benefits packages and measure their success.
  • Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plans.
  • Develop and maintain a human resources system that meets top management needs and requirements.
  • Responsible for the workforce analysis with alignment with all managers.
  • Oversee the analysis and communication of records required by law or local governing institutes, or other departments in the organization.
  • Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Supervise the recruitment Cycle (Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees) to fill vacant positions.
  • Keep records of benefits plan participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
  • Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, performance review, and safety.
  • Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization. Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within the organization.
  • Prepare budget for human resources operations.
  • Prepare reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
  • Contract with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.
  • Provide management direction and counseling.
  • Supervise clerical assistant and temporary staffing as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or its equivalents.10 + years of experience in manufacturing.HR Diploma is a must.MBA is preferred.Proven Experience of Human resources and changing culture.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor law and regulations.
