- Set quality objectives and specify the necessary operational processes to fulfil the quality objectives
- Creating sampling plans, analysing data, and maintaining their technical knowledge
- Ensures products meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Set statistical Quality reports to track processing figures.
- Lead on-site audits conducted by internal and external parties as IATF , 14001 , 45001…
- Handle customer complaints and feedback to identify areas of improvement
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Creates, supervises, and maintains Quality Management policies and procedures
- Creates SOPs that will be improving the company performance .
- Manage of supplier quality assurance & Development program
- Follow up and evaluate supplier’s performance monthly & define corrective actions
- Coordinate with production and other interested parties to eliminate the cause of product defect.
- Report on regularly to quality director analytical data about product quality in different lines.
- Follow up the new projects phases and PPAP files.
- Prepare and submit performance reports.
- Decide on reward and promotion based on performance.
At least 3 years work experience .ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 , ISO 45001 , preferred IATF.Lean six sigma.Familiar with Problem solving methodology 5why.. , 8D and fishbone diagram .Familiar with PPAP , PFMEA , control Plan.Familiar with statistical analysis tools.Familiar with Minitab software.Team management.Data Reporting.
