  • Responsible for receiving a statement of CIL letters from brokers or self-contained clients and including their data on the system.
  • Responsible for the user system (CRM) in terms of creating new users and following up on potential clients on the system and following up in general.
  • Dealing with brokers by receiving customer information letters (CIL), including them on the system, and coordinating with brokers.
  • Create brokers' claims forms for commission payment according to the approved payment method.
  • Participate in the contract review course.
  • Preparing an orientation session for all newcomers on the CRM system.
  • Submit a statement of available stock to sales.
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports to the direct manager.
  • Prepare the broker's contracts, and be responsible for them.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Proven work experience as a Sales Operation from 1 to 3 years.Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.A team player with a high level of dedication.Ability to work under strict deadlines.Internal communications:                                  FinanceProjects managementCRMSalesMarketingExternal communications:Brokers
