- Analyze financial data to determine cost drivers, trends, and areas of improvement.
- Prepare regular financial reports, including cost reports, variance analyses, and profitability assessments.
- Provides project scheduling and cost control support to department operations.
- Implement cost control measures and monitor their effectiveness.
- Identify and investigate cost variances, providing insights and
- recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Track resource utilization, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- Evaluate resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Prepares and administers the tender documents and other related administrative procedures and documents as required.
- Support internal and external audits by providing relevant financial documentation and reports
- Help management make important decisions based on costs and benefits
- Performs other related duties as assigned
