Job Summary:
The production engineer is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficiency and smoothness of operations, and the safety of workers. They also work on improving performance, reducing waste, maximizing the use of various resources, and coordinating with other departments to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Qualifications and required experience:• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering ..• At least 5 years of experience in the field of sheet metal• Good knowledge of metalworking techniques such as CNC, laser, and welding.• Proficiency in technical design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.• High leadership and organizational skills.• The ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.Tasks and responsibilities:• Managing and organizing production lines.• Preparing production schedules and monitoring their execution efficiently.• Monitoring cutting, bending, welding, and assembly operations to ensure the final product quality.• Developing and improving production processes and reducing waste.• Supervising the overall performance of technicians and workers and ensuring adherence to safety and quality procedures.• Coordinating with the design department to ensure the models are executed accurately according to the plans.• Submitting performance reports and production indicators to management periodically.
