Production Chef

The Chef is responsible for managing Back of the House (BOH) team and operations in order to produce high quality food items and ensure smooth running of the operation while respecting the quality and food safety standards.
Also responsible for the roll out of new menu items as advised by the franchisor in close coordination with the Operations Manager
