Role Overview:
We seek a motivated Junior Developer for our Digital Solutions team. You'll help design, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.

You will also serve as a trusted advisor to clients while managing a team of developers. Providing expertise across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions. Working closely with sales teams and technical stakeholders, you will lead product efforts by crafting solution strategies, delivering compelling demonstrations, and contributing proposals that align technology with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design and present tailored Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that address client challenges.
-Collaborate with sales, consulting, and technical teams to create winning proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
-Deliver product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and solution workshops to prospective clients.
-Stay current with Microsoft’s roadmap and emerging technologies across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
-Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 model-driven apps.
-Develop and manage solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
-Assist in the design and implementation of workflows, forms, views, business rules, and business process flows.
-Engage in testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
-Work with senior developers and stakeholders to collect requirements and provide solutions that fulfil business needs.
-Develop basic JavaScript and Power FX logic for client-side customizations where applicable.
-Document technical components, user guides, and training materials.
-Keep current with the latest Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 updates.



Skills and Experience:
-Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
-3+ years’ experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
-Basic background in pre-sales, including solution design, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
-Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the value of technical solutions.
-Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform are highly desirable
-Technical experience: C#, Java script, PowerAutomate, console apps, Power FX, SQL and Servers
