About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and deliver measurable results. 

What You’ll Do

  • Work in the performance marketing team on planning, developing, and executing data-driven online marketing campaigns across various channels (search, social media, display, etc.).
  • Conduct in-depth campaign research to identify target audiences and develop effective campaign strategies.
  • Manage assigned campaign budgets and optimize spend for maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, identify trends, and recommend data-driven optimizations to improve results.
  • Create clear and concise performance reports to communicate campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Assist with creative development tasks, such as ad copywriting and landing page optimization.

Essential Skills and Profile Requirements:Prior work experience of at least 2 or 3 years as a performance marketer or media buyer.Experience with Digital Advertising Platforms: Proficiency in running online ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other relevant platforms.Marketing Analytics Tools: Familiarity with using tools like Google Analytics or social media analytics dashboards to monitor campaign performance and measure results.Spreadsheets: Strong proficiency in using spreadsheets for budget management, data tracking, and report building.Experience with e-commerce, mobile apps, or online services.Experience with MMP (Mobile Measurement Partner) platforms.Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, present data insights, collaborate with designers on ad copy, and write reports for management.Active listening: Ability to listen and understand campaign goals and colleague feedback.Teamwork and Collaboration:Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with designers, developers, and other marketing specialists.Effective task management and contribution to team projects.Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking:Analytical skills: Proficient in analyzing data to identify trends, diagnose campaign issues, and make data-driven recommendations.Problem-solving skills: Troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and proposing creative solutions.Additional Soft Skills:Curiosity and a desire to learn.Attention to detail.Time management.Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English for effective communication in both languages.
