Job responsibilities and requirements:

· Itinerary Design: Craft unique itineraries that showcase the best experience of each destination.

· Dedicate a minimum of 5 hours weekly to assess potential tourist areas and partnerships (The hours might increase in the future)

· Provide comprehensive reports detailing attractions, amenities, and local insights.

· Weekly or bi-weekly online audio/video call meetings to provide real-time updates on progress, challenges, and key findings.

· Ensure the reports align with the company's standards and branding guidelines. Utility of research and analytical skills to gather relevant information.

Qualifications (MUST have)

· A High school diploma or higher

· Strong knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and industry suppliers.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Detail-oriented with organizational abilities.

· Proficient in touristic search engines & tools.

· Proficiency in both written and spoken English is imperative for this role. (Fluency in an additional language is highly desirable)

· The Expert must be residing within proximity of at least 1 major tourist city in the country.

Experience:

· Industry Experience: Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a related role within the travel and tourism industry is desirable.

· Destination Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of popular travel destinations, including cultural attractions, accommodation options, and local activities, enhances a travel consultant's ability to provide valuable recommendations.

· Public Relations: Strong connections with relevant individuals/companies such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, demonstrate the ability to build a strong networking circle.

· Web design: The travel reports must be done in an aesthetically pleasing form. Such as a fun presentation or a well-designed PDF file, etc.

Skills:

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective client interaction and collaboration within the team.

· Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential when crafting precise and error-free travel itineraries.

· Adaptability and flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, deadlines, and industry trends is vital in the dynamic field of travel consultancy.

· Team work: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Benefits:

· Freelance Contract: Engage with the company through a freelance contract with potential for full employment.

· Fully Paid Trip Expenses (Flights, hotels, attraction sites)

· Salary: This freelancing job pays per project.

· You'll receive an hourly basic salary of 19USD or 1,703,789LBP and additional payment for each project, which varies based on factors like location, workload, presentation, meeting deadlines, and more.

Note:We will cover all costs for hotels, flights, transportation, and attraction tickets.

Training:

· The company is providing paid training sessions to local experts (minimum 5 hours)

· These training sessions will be conducted through virtual video calls.

· There is a potential for on-field training.

· The company will fully cover all expenses associated with the training trip, including travel and accommodation.

· The training aims to enhance the expertise and knowledge of the local experts. The company is dedicated to investing in its workforce and fostering continuous learning and development.
