Careerboosts, a technology startup working at the intersection of social sciences and advanced technologies, is seeking a full-time Content Analyst.

Careerboosts supports public and private companies across the Middle East region to modernize their workforce and embrace digital transformation through competency assessment and targeted upskilling.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Analyst to join our team for competency assessment services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review many multiple-choice questions and map them to their associated competencies.
  • Review job descriptions and abstract key competencies across job roles.
  • Search for certifications / trainings related to different competencies.
  • Analyze the technical body of knowledge in different domains, such as IT, Finance, HR, Oil, Gas, and Energy, etc., and produce the questions required for relevant competencies in the different domains for pre-hire assessments.
  • Translate multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from both English to Arabic and English to French.
  • Translate competencies and job roles from both English to Arabic and English to French.
  • Enrich, enhance, and rephrase thousands of existing assessment questions to ensure semantic and syntax relevance.
  • Proofreading various types of written content, such as assessment questions, brochures, and platform content
  • Collect and analyze data.
  • Conduct literature searches.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update website materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably, a Master’s degree in Languages and Translation.
  • Proficiency in English, French and Arabic.
  • Strong critical thinking, abstraction, and synthesis abilities
  • Excellent command of the English language as well as writing and communication skills
  • Competency in the use of Office 365 and its associated applications
  • Analyze test results and provide feedback on the quality and effectiveness of test questions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
  • Experience in producing research reports and written content
  • Experience in using online search tools, especially online databases
  • Knowledge and interest in Business, Talent Management, Organizational Behavior, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience in social science research methodologies
  • Design a small-scale survey using interfaced software, e.g., Google Forms.
