Rattaché directement au chef d’équipe de fermentation de la Société Rayen Food Industries, vos missions sont les suivantes :
•Assurer les préparations de ingrédients et matières premières nécessaire à la fermentation •Assurer le nettoyage des locaux et équipements relative au département de fermentation. •Assurer l’ajustement des pH des crèmes •Assurer l’opération dépotage mélasse ainsi les préparations des mix mélasse •Assurer les préparatifs nécessaires au fonctionnement des séparateurs (changements coudes, CIP…) •Préparer les fermenteurs selon les standards communiqués par le Responsable de production. •Préparer et suivre la fermentation selon le coulage communiqués par la Responsable de production. •Suivre de près et avec vigilance le déroulement de la fermentation en respectant les consignes en vigueur •Analyser les échantillons et le plan d’échantillonnage mentionnés dans la fiche de fermentation •Participer activement aux analyses en cas de déviation •Remplir soigneusement les feuilles de suivi de fermenteurs •Assurer la préparation de l’équipement en cas d’intervention de maintenance •Exécuter toutes les autres tâches confiées par la hiérarchie
Qualifications

1) Etudes

Bac +2 scientifique ou CAP ou BTP Agroalimentaire/Biotechnologie/maintenance industriel ou équivalent

2) Qualités

Sens de la communication :Rigueur :Exemplarité

3) Compétences

Bon niveau d’exploitation des outils Informatique; Assurer le poste avec reporting sur le cahier des consignes; Aptitude à la rédaction en français et anglais un plus ; Connaissance des équipements; Aptitude à travailler sous stress/ en flux tendu.

4) Expérience

Expériences dans l’industrie agroalimentaires, biotechnologies ou pharmaceutiques est souhaitable
