Supply Chain Performance Specialist

Work Type: Temps plein Contract Type: Contrat à durée indéterminée The Employee Supply Chain Performance Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing the performance and efficiency of our supply chain workforce.
This role involves analyzing employee productivity, developing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve overall supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, performance analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness within the supply chain. Collect, compile, and interpret data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in supply chain operations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee performance, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency. Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for senior management. Draw up supplier development programs, define target systems and multi-stage plans with the suppliers and monitor supplier development based on the agreed targets. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and production, to ensure alignment of performance goals across the supply chain. Coordinate escalations and documentation to suppliers by means of suitable deviation management, like calculating and measuring threshold values for logistic complaints, logistic delivery reliability, special trips, etc. Conduct supplier audits, process inspections and define and track action.

Qualifications:

University degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, performance analysis, or a related role. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Experience with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred. Excellent English level/German is an asset.
