The position
As a Pharmacovigilance (PV) Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining local pharmacovigilance operations in Tunisia, ensuring compliance with local and international pharmacovigilance regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the safety and efficacy of our products. In this role, you will:
- Maintain local PV operations in Tunisia
- Establish and maintain PV systems in Tunisia according to Novo Nordisk Global Safety requirements and the local regulations.
- Coordinate and monitor the activities of the service providers appointed to report safety cases in Tunisia as part of the Excellence Project and ensure that agents are transmitting and reporting all safety cases timely to Global Safety including customer complaints and safety information
- Report any information related to PV to ensure that we fulfil all legal requirements for handling Safety Information, including pregnancies and device Incidents during the use of a Novo Nordisk Product
- Oversee the literature screening process by the external partner and perform a quarterly quality control check of the identified cases.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience minimum in pharmacovigilance
- Ability to manage complex tasks/processes and organizational issues
- High level of medical integrity / ethics
- Excellent networking capabilities & Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team
- Strong Arabic, French and English skills (verbal and written).

The Clinical Medical Regulatory – Pharmacovigilance -Patient Support Prog department is a growing and a strategic department in the company. it is the link between the Research and development and the affiliate commercial part and our external stakeholders. It has the main objective of registering the products and all the innovations we have, communicate the science internally and externally through different channels, support in the education of the Healthcare professionals and the patients to optimize our patient care. It is also responsible of the safety of our patients.
