Our plant in Béja actually holding 4000 employees wants to expand its workforce with a passionate and bold FMEA Responsible to enhance new project development and turn our ideas into concrete achievements.

Your role in the team:

As an FMEA Responsible, you will be responsible for managing, implementing, and continuously improving Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). You will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance with standards, improve quality, and meet customer requirements.

What you can expect:

•   Planning and Management : Define FMEA needs for new projects/processes. Plan and coordinate FMEA meetings.

•   Updating and Optimization: Update FMEAs according to product, process, new equipment changes, and other critical factors. Propose solutions for optimizing production processes.

•   Documentation and Analysis : Perform and document FMEAs, develop Pareto analyses and to-do lists. Monitor improvement actions and ensure their closure.

•   Training and Supervision: Train and supervise team members on FMEA methodology and associated tools.

•   Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the APT (analysis and prevention team), participate in quality audits, integrate feedback from 8D and FRP reports. Present results and analyses to stakeholders.

What you bring :

•   Education and Experience: You hold a university degree with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

•   Technical Skills: Familiarity with core tools (8D, MRPG, PCP, SPC...), knowledge of MSA, knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and specific automotive customer requirements (CSR), and Lean Basics concepts are highly recommended.

•   Soft Skills: You have an effective communication with a strong sense of listening. Stress management and prioritization are second nature to you.
