Qualifications And Knowledge And/or Experience
- Bachelor of Science, High Diploma or relevant experience in logistics and/or administrative coordination in large scale projects.
- Coordinates the usage and availability of the Project vehicles at Site;
- Coordinates the commuting of PMT personnel to / from Site
- Minimum three (3) to Five (5) years of Experience, specific involvement in personnel and vehicle coordination and administration. Additional relevant work experience may be substituted for technical education.
- Robust administrative proven experience.
- Good knowledge and use of MS office (Word, Excel)
- Good knowledge of Project Execution- a bonus
- International experience, especially in Qatar or the Middle East, is preferred. Furthermore, ideally candidate will have experience working in RLIC and large scale projects.
- May hold a valid driving license.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good Follow-up skills
- Good Problem Solving skills
