Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit. Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to offer acceptance. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers or clients to understand role requirements. Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate pipelines. Meet hiring targets and deliver results under minimal supervision. Requirements Experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house) preferred; open to motivated beginners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions. Comfortable working in a commission-only compensation model. Reliable internet and ability to work remotely.
