Job Title: Data Operations Specialist
Location: Tunis, Tunisia
Report to: Data Operations Manager
Overview:
The Data Operations Specialist will be part of the Marketing Analytics & Insights Team. Our mission is to use Data & Advanced Analytics to support the Marketing teams globally. As part of the team, reporting to the Data Operations Manager, you will collaborate with experienced Data Analysts & Data Scientists. Your role is to establish a robust data foundation that supports the organization's analytical needs and enables data-driven decision-making across all functions.

Primary responsibilities

• You assist with various data related projects, including but not limited to: data clean-up, data auditing, and more
• You monitor data flows of customers and prospects and identify, analyze and resolve issues
• You are continuously working on further improving our data collection monitoring, data quality, and integrity
• You perform audits of data quality
• You know our data, database and data structure
• You demonstrate detailed understanding of downstream data workflows and interdependencies
• You work closely with our Marketing managers and Customer care, to understand customer behaviour or data issues
• You help the privacy team to maintain GDPR compliance
• You follow identified issues with technical teams 
• You collaborate on process improvement for their areas of responsibility to automate tasks and ensure greater accuracy
• You document and maintain Data Operations Specialist procedures and guidelines

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages like SQL server, Snowflake (Python is a plus)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills$
• Fluent level in English is required
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality 
• Cross functional support (ad hoc) with Marketing and Telesales agents
• Strong understanding of database and business needs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities 
• Good proficiency in writing & speaking the English language
• Motivated and energetic at completing tasks and learning new tasks
• Ability to meet deadlines. 
• Knowledge of the reporting systems Looker is a plus 
• Direct mail or Marketing experience is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS (optional)
