Key Responsibilities Develop intuitive React-based user interfaces for workflow configuration, rule management, validation, and process monitoring Build robust Python backend services supporting orchestration APIs, workflow execution, routing logic, data integrations, and audit tracking Design and implement reusable workflow components such as branching, filtering, grouping, lookups, task assignments, and looping mechanisms Integrate securely with enterprise data platforms, data lakes, and warehouse environments Enhance platform reliability through monitoring, observability, error handling, and end-to-end data lineage Partner closely with product, business, and technical stakeholders to translate process requirements into scalable solutions Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release excellence
What we're looking for5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Software Engineering Strong expertise in React (complex, data-driven applications) and Python (APIs, workflow engines, data processing) Solid SQL and data modeling experience Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based data platforms Proven background in workflow automation, orchestration frameworks, or rule-engine development Knowledge of event-driven architectures and modern databases (e.g. Dynamo DB) Experience with CI/CD, containerized deployments, and infrastructure automation Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in regulated environments is considered a plus
