Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Computer Science Expert (PhD) to work on a contract basis. The role involves conducting advanced research and development in computer science, with a focus on algorithmic innovation and scalable system design. Candidates will be expected to contribute to high-impact technical projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex computational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop and optimize algorithms for large-scale data processing and machine learning applications.• Design and implement scalable software systems to meet performance and reliability requirements.• Conduct in-depth research to advance the state-of-the-art in computer science, including theoretical and applied contributions.• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research findings into production-ready solutions.• Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance computational efficiency and system architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field, with a strong academic or industry research background.• Expertise in algorithm design, complexity analysis, and computational theory.• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, with experience in low-level optimization.• Experience with distributed computing frameworks, parallel processing, or high-performance computing environments.• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, data structures, and optimization techniques for real-world applications.
