Fine Dining Restaurant Manager

Leading (Restaurant & Hospitality) company in the Qassim region looking for ‘Fine Dining Restaurant Manager’ as per the following terms:

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors restaurant operations and conditions to ensure the quality of the product and customer service.
  • Examines the restaurant for conformance with the concept and health standards.
  • Walks through all restaurant areas to monitor and observe restaurant operations.
  • Reviews documentation to assess the quality of restaurant operations.
  • Generates performance reviews for all team members.
  • Oversees the training of team members.
  • Assigns duties and responsibilities to employees based upon work requirements.
  • Generates work schedules for team members.
  • Communicates with employees, customers, vendors, and concept personnel for various purposes.
  • Maintains documentation in team member’s personnel files.
  • Develops a food ordering system to meet the needs of the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Professional Degree in Hospitality or similar field.
  • Minimum of 4 years in fine dining restaurants Environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (English Required).
  • Excellent Hospitality skills.
  • Team-leading skills.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure.
