Customer service representative

We are currently looking to recruit an agent to work in our call center which is located in hammam Sousse. Please note applicants must live locally due to the daily training schedule. We are hiring for a very sensitive/important project. The successful applicant must have the following skills/knowledge 

  • Advanced computer skills 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in quality control.
  • Must be reliable this is essential
  • Must be looking for a long term position 
  • Customer service experience/completing surveys.
  • Must be very fluent in English, Arabic & French (to a high level)
  • The ability to adapt to change as the working material is always updated. 


The agent we employ must have these qualities as reliability and willingness to learn are essential. It would also be an advantage if the successful applicant has had previous after-sales service experience.
