Role Objective:

Responsibility for timely delivery of materials in the required quality and quantity. To perform tactical procurement, purchase order creation and communication with BTS and Interco suppliers. Support of bounded warehouse processes

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, check and direct purchase orders and timely delivery to European distribution centre and other distribution centers. Resolve claims concerning incorrect quantities of supplied goods and quality defects of goods including damage caused by transportation. Follow the flow of documents (invoices, delivery notes,...) and check them. Follow and optimize stock levels and begin the process of ordering material in accordance with the internal planning system. Readjust priorities depending on customer needs and purchasing input. Support the culture of continuous improvements by PDCA – plan, do, check, act. Cooperation with warehouse and suppliers in order to correctly update and download ASN messages to our SAP system. Represents ISC in the - LOB/SOS SIOP Process, working closely with Business Leadership / Sales, Marketing, Finance, Prod Man, Demand Planning / LOB/SOS NPI Process Has a total view of the LOB/SOS from an Inventory, Delivery and Quality Point of View. Owns the Cycle Time Projects / Inventory projects / Improvement projects for OTFP/OTTR/PD Shares Best Practices between LOBs/SOS. Support and following up on HOS standards & requirements in content of position. Promote and participate in continuous improvement in the form of submission (Kaizen - Improvement Proposals), participate in Kaizen process and share experience with other departments Weekly reporting.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors Or Masters Degree in Engineering, Logistics or Economics Min. 2 years as a purchaser Driving licence PC skills (MS Office, SAP – big advantage), time management, visual management, 5 S English - advanced written and spoken Teamwork ability, time flexibility, communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
