An exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to integrate our Delivery Hub team that aims to deliver excellent services to our international clients


AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:


  • Lead as Project manager international project implementation by ensuring managing team between 10 and 20 persons and follow planning and budget.
  • Participate in meetings with customers to update them and present analytical approaches, documentation, and interpretation of results Report to the Delivery Hub Operations Manager. actively collaborating with the Technical & Functional Team Leaders.
  • Directly manage the customer
  • Able to plan the road map of It project following Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Participate in the different ceremony and meeting (internal and with the Customer) to fulfill the project duties and achieve the milestones requested.
  • Prepare and ensure the strategic and operational meeting.
  • Organize human and technical resources to achieve the substantial objectives of the service, monitor the orders prepared for the provision of services.
  • Encourage teamwork aimed at achieving objectives and customer satisfaction within a defined project context.
  • Ensure compliance with the service’s SLA and project deadlines.
  • Manage monthly and yearly financial monitoring of the services in charge

WHAT DO WE ASK OF YOU?


  • Computer Science degree or Information Systems or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the IT sector as Product owner or Project manager. (Preferable Insurance sector)
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French is mandatory
  • Client management with good negotiation skills
  • Proficient knowledge and use of Office Suite
  • International and multi-site team management
  • Good knowledge of the business and awareness of market trends
  • Attention to details
  • Complexity management

  • Ability to analyze and summarize

Furthermore, experiences in the following areas are HIGHLY APPRECIATED:


  • Experience in the Insurance or Financial industry.
  • Experience in analysis for international projects and/or medium and large groups of the Insurance business sector (mastering LIFE insurance will be a plus
  • Knowledge of good coding practices, and SQL
  • ITIL or PM certifications
  • Good Knowledge of Italian language
  • Applied knowledge of Agile methodologies Scrum, Kanban, etc.
